Paul Ryan’s Medicare plan would raise out-of-pocket health care costs dramatically for future seniors and people with disabilities in Alabama and across the country. Because virtually all seniors and people with serious and permanent disabilities also receive Social Security, these increased costs effectively cut their Social Security.
